Arianna Baggiolini among the recipients of the 2026 40 Under 40 in Cancer Award

Arianna Baggiolini, Group Leader at the Institute of Oncology Research (IOR), affiliated to Università della Svizzera italiana (USI) and member of Bios+, has been named one of the recipients of the 2026 40 Under 40 in Cancer Award, an international recognition presented by OncoDaily in collaboration with the Association of Value-Based Cancer Care (AVBCC) to honor 40 outstanding professionals under the age of 40 who are making significant contributions to the global cancer community.

The 2026 awardees were selected from a highly competitive pool of more than 2,800 nominees through an international evaluation process based on excellence in research, leadership, innovation and service to oncology.

The awards were presented during the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago, where the recipients were recognized alongside peers representing academic institutions, cancer centers, healthcare organizations and industry from around the world.
