USI wins best student-faculty interaction award

Università della Svizzera italiana has received the Global Student Satisfaction Award for Best Student-Teacher Interaction. 4,000 participating institutions contended the award, and 444 qualified for the final selection. The award ceremony was held on Thursday, 14 October 2021, in Eindhoven.

The Global Student Satisfaction Awards are based on reviews and recognise universities with the highest student satisfaction scores.

The award categories are as follows:

  • Overall Satisfaction
  • Admission process
  • Student-teacher interaction
  • Online classroom experience
  • Covid-19 crisis management
  • Student Diversity
  • Quality of student life
  • Career Development

These categories allow students to share their opinions to identify and recognise the best universities in the world. The goal of the Global Student Satisfaction Awards is to shine a light on how students are supported and nurtured and for universities to share best practices around the world.

The winners of the Global Student Satisfaction Awards 2021 were announced on Thursday, 14 October 2021, during a virtual ceremony broadcast from the Eindhoven office in the Netherlands.
