1st Lugano ExoDay - Technical Challenges in Exosome Research

The one-day  workshop will be centered on the topic "Technical challenges of extracellular vesicle research".  The main objective of this workshop is to highlight and capture the new developments in the area of extracellular vesicle (EV). Three international experts from European countries will be invited to the workshop.  During the morning, they will discuss the recent progress and future directions of EV isolation and characterization; whereas the focus of the afternoon will be on EV tracking strategies. For each half-day, we will have a keynote lecture given by the expert in the respective areas, followed by flash presentations by students and ample time for a round-table discussion. The event is sponsored by Swiss National Foundation.
